Educating and Raising Awareness among Adolescent girls and boys, and women with interactive awareness workshops about reproductive health, hygiene, and self-empowerment while encouraging them to let go of long-held, unscientific blind beliefs.

Creating awareness among girls especially in rural areas by conducting various workshops, seminars and direct classes. In this program school girls get complete knowledge about hygiene, male and female reproductive system, menstrual cycle and precautions that every girl should take.

The main objective of this program is:

To help them prepare for and manage physical and emotional changes as they grow up. Teaches the adolescents about the role of boys and girls in family and society, responsibility and attitude of boys and girls towards each other, etc. within social context.
To improve the overall health and lifestyle of girls in rural areas.
To empower girls in all aspects and make ready them for future problems regarding their health and overall physical and emotional development.
To reduce the stigma and shame around menstruation.
To improve the overall health and lifestyle of girls in rural areas.
